Crown Court

All of the Solicitors in the practice are qualified Higher Court Advocates. This means that the solicitor with conduct of your case can represent you throughout your entire case (Police Station to Magistrates’ Court to Crown Court).  In some cases, which may be more complex or have exceptional circumstances, we may ask a Barrister to represent your interests in the Crown Court. The Barristers we instruct are carefully selected and approved as experienced and talented advocates.
